1/2 cup coconut oil – melted
1/4 cup organic maple syrup
1/2 cocoa powder
1/4 tsp organic vanilla extract
Scant amount of salt
Line a 8 X 8 baking dish with parchment paper. First, melt the coconut oil in a pan on medium heat. Then slowly add maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt. Stir until all ingredients are mixed in. Next, pour into your prepared pan. Place in refrigerator until firm. The best way to cut the fudge is with a warm knife.
