Equipment for Plant Based Cooking
This piece of equipment is amazing. If you are starting a Whole Foods Plant Based Diet, I would highly recommend purchasing this Pressure Cooker. It used to take me all day to cook garbanzo beans and now they are done in 30 minutes. So, instead of starting a meal in the morning you are able to wait till you get home from work.
The second piece of equipment I highly recommend is the Vita-Mix. I use it everyday. Besides using it for smoothies, sauces, batters, hummus, soups and salad dressings, it is especially useful for making nut milks, nut butters and cashew cream.
Kitchen Aid Spiralizer
I love apple pies; however, they are extremely time consuming to make. Then I discovered this spiralizer. It is fantastic and makes baking apple pies easy. Also, handy for spiralizing zucchini and sweet potatoes.
I am so thankful for this cookbook. All the recipes I have tried are delicious.
